Loan applications

M happily makes its collection available to other museums and cultural institutions. Do you have a great idea for a (temporary) exhibition and would you like to ask M to lend you a work? Read here how and under what conditions this can be done. Send your application via mail to bruiklenen@mleuven.be.

Requesting images

Are you looking for an image of a work from the M-collection in high resolution for educational use, research, a publication, exhibition or creative project? The image bank Art in Flanders lets you download many images for free, mainly from the collection of old art.

Is the work you are looking for not in the image bank yet, do you have a specific image request, or do you want to use an image for a commercial product? Let us know at beeldaanvraag@mleuven.be.

If you use an image from the M Collection for a publication or commercial product, M would certainly appreciate two specimens, one for the museum library and one for documentation. Send these to: M Leuven, Collections Office, Leopold Vanderkelenstraat 28, B-3000 Leuven.
